About Product
This is a SaaS solution that enables businesses to run market research surveys aimed at receiving information from customers regarding products, services and ideas. This solution delivers survey questions to targeted respondents via USSD and WEB, then rewarding them with free mobile airtime when surveys are completed. This platform fosters direct data gathering for 2-way communication between businesses and end-users/ vice-versa.
My Roles
My role was both as a product owner and a manager.
I validated the problem statement with potential businesses.
Upon a series of presentations, gained validations from stakeholders.
Worked on strategy, all the product requirements/prototypes/ and managed SCRUM ceremonies in development; leading over 30 technology professionals.
Grew the platform from zero users to over a handful customers before I left the organization.
